Hello, my name is Molleigh Rinke. I am a dedicated Special Education professional and soon to be graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Special Education. My teaching philosophy is built on the belief that every student deserves an inclusive, equitable environment where their unique strengths are celebrated and their challenges are met with evidence-based support. With a specialized focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), I have developed a deep understanding of how to create structured learning spaces that prioritize student dignity and independence.

Throughout my experiences at Atherton, Riddle and Hiawatha Elementary, I have successfully implemented instructional frameworks such as the Science of Reading, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). I am proficient in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans that utilize data-driven progress monitoring to ensure student success. My experience working as an aide in before-and-after school programs has further strengthened my ability to lead classroom teams and collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary providers. I am eager to bring my energy, technical skills, and passion for student advocacy to the Community Schools.
