My Goal

My goal as an educator is to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. By utilizing evidence-based instructional frameworks like the Science of Reading, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), I aim to provide specialized instruction that meets the unique developmental and academic needs of every child. I am committed to using data-driven progress monitoring to ensure my teaching remains effective and adaptive, helping students build the skills they need for independence both inside and outside the classroom.

I believe that successful education is built on strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of service providers, paraprofessionals, and families. My objective is to implement Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and structured classroom environments that foster safety, dignity, and a sense of community for all learners.
